BPPS's Annual in-house French Poetry Recitation Competition is continuing this term.

Students are practising and recording parts of their poems and working towards  memorising in French, to present to their peers in week 7/8

These poems are posted on Seesaw and students have been given wordsheets to take home to practice. Students will be competing against peers in their level only.

After the students have learned their poems, they will present to the rest of the class. 

The class  will vote, using set poetry recitation criteria, and 3 finalists from each class level will compete against other class finalists to achieve overall placings. 

In composite classes, students will compete against students in their own level only.

In planning week, September 7-9, teachers will adjudicate the finalists.Finalists have to be present at school to compete in the finals. 

Prizes comprising of CL&S awards, French certificates, books and stationery will be awarded early in Term 4.
