Parent’s Association News – Term 3

It’s time to buy your tickets to the HEPS Trivia Night!  

The theme for the evening is The HEPS Rainbow! 

Choose a table colour when booking tickets and come dressed in that colour! Tickets are $25 per person and you can either organize a table of 10 friends and family or choose a table and book individual tickets. Bring along your snacks and drinks and gold coins as there will be fun games to play and wonderful prizes to win! We are looking forward to a great night of trivia, games and fun for our school community!

Ticket sales will close at 3pm on Friday 18th August.

The funds will be used to create some attractive landscaped settings around the school for our children and community to enjoy. 

A number of businesses, including HEPS family businesses, have donated goods or gift cards to be used as prizes on the night.  If you have an item or gift card to donate, it would be much appreciated.  In return for your kind support, we would welcome the provision of marketing material to display or distribute on the evening and we will also recognise your contribution in our school newsletter.

Looking ahead in Term 3, the P.A has purchased a terrific range of items for the Father’s Day stall on 29th August, and we look forward to helping the children purchase something for that special person in their lives.  The options range in price from $1-$7.

Finally, the exciting Footy Day dress up and special lunch will be held on Friday 15th September, the last day of term 3.  We are currently finalising the menu for this day.
