Exiting the College 

We are very fortunate to have the assistance of Crossing Supervisors on both Como Parade West and Commercial Road.  

It is imperative that students are utilising the areas provided, are alert when crossing roads and are obeying the direction of the supervisors at all times and that parents/carers are not encouraging students to illegally cross the road to be collected.

School Photos

Our official College photographs were taken by Elite School Photography on Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 February.

Please find attached instructions on how to purchase your daughter’s photos.

The due date for all orders is tomorrow, Friday 11 February.

School Vaccinations

The Secondary School Vaccine Program offers free vaccines to Year 7 and 10 students. These vaccines provide protection against:

• Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough) – one dose for Year 7 students
• Human Papillomavirus (HPV) – two doses for Year 7 students
• Meningococcal A,C,W,Y – one dose for Year 10 students.

Parents/Carers of Year 7 and 10 students have recently received a Vaccination Consent Card.  Please read the information, complete and return the card whether or not your child is being vaccinated at the College. 

The Vaccination dates are as follows:

Year 7: Wednesday 16 February and Wednesday 7 September

Year 10:  Wednesday 30 March

PAM Information Evening

All families are invited to the PAM Parent Information Evening.

Date: Tuesday 15 February

Time: 6.15pm (sharp) to 6.45pm

Location: Auditorium (enter Gate 4)

If you are a new parent or need a refresher on how to use all the features available on PAM then this information evening is for you! 

NB: This evening will be followed by the Welcome to Music Evening for all Year 7 and 8 families. Please refer to the flyer attached for further details.

Welcome to Music Evening 

This evening for Year 7 and 8 families is an opportunity to discover how your daughter can be involved in the College Music Program. 

All instrumental teachers will be available to discuss the Music Program with you.
