Beauy Bake Off Winners

On Monday 24 October, we had our annual Beauy Bake Off. The Beauy Bake Off is a house competition where students create themed cakes that get judged by our judging panel of Ms Chaves, Angela, Tina and Ms Arnold. This year we had 21 incredible sports themed entries. Once the cakes had been judged, the house captains cut up the cakes and sold them for $1 a slice. We raised almost $300 and decided to donate it to the Cancer Council. Some of the highlights of the day included watching Ms Chaves, Angela, Ms Arnold and Tina tasting the cakes, hearing their feedback, and watching all the students buying cake. Congratulations to Aiden M on his Surfing themed cake, which was voted #1 by the judges. Congratulations to Tash C, Issy F and Grace W on their Kanye cake which gained the most student votes. 

Honourable mention to the squash ball cupcakes, the tennis court cake, the dirt bike cake and the blue Olympic cake. Congratulations to everyone who entered and helped out on the day, and a massive thank you to Ms Chaves, Tina, Angela and Ms Arnold for judging. We can't wait to see what you all create next year!
