2022 Dance Performance

Preparations are in full swing for our "Dancing Through The Century" performance on Friday September 9. The students have now rehearsed their whole dance and are busy practising it in preparation for the big night. The Homerooms are also now practising the dances when the opportunity arises. It is very exciting seeing the dances coming together for what will be a fantastic celebration at Loyola College.

PDPSSA Athletics Carnival

Just under fifty students travelled down to Coburg Athletics Track for our first district athletics carnival since 2019. Many of the students had been training quite regularly in preparation for this and it was fantastic to see all of them out there doing their best. Hudson Lamanna and Aidan Gauci were two of our standout performers on the day with Hudson winning the 100m, Long Jump and Triple Jump as well as being part of our victorious 10 year old boys relay team. Aidan took out the blue ribbon in High Jump, Triple Jump and 1500m while he was also second in the 100m. All students who were first or second automatically qualified for the Darebin Division carnival on Thursday September 8 at Meadowglen in Epping. Congratulations to the following students who have qualified for this event -
