Alternative Schoolies Program

After their exams in late November, eight of our Year 12 students will be travelling to Cambodia and Thailand to participate in the Alternative Schoolies Community Service program. This is an alternative to the traditional “Schoolies Week” many Year 12 students take part in at the end of their exams.

The money raised will go towards purchasing new towels and linen, clothing, washing detergent, health and hygiene products, resources for classrooms and so much more.  It will also help to purchase teaching and learning materials at the Human Help Network and new games and sports equipment for the children who visit the Pattaya Child Protection Centre.   This fundraising does not contribute to the student's travel expenses. Their expenses are self-funded.

This year, with the support of Country Cakes Bendigo, we are running a Cake/Slice & Pie Drive. Country Cakes provide an excellent quality and a great choice of flavours. Everything is freshly made the day/night before delivery so they freeze well. Please return order forms to Mrs Rachelle Fisher. They can be left at Morey reception or Junior School Reception.
