2020 School Charges

Please refer to the attached document for full details of the 2020 School Charges and voluntary financial contributions.

You can make payment for the charges through the course confirmation module in Compass. Please note you will need to complete a separate course confirmation for each of your children.

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1- Full Payment - required prior to collecting the stationery pack on the 11th December.

Option 2 - Pay in Instalments

Instalment Dates

• 1st instalment 30% on November 27th 2019
• 2nd instalment 25% on the 7th February 2020
• 3rd instalment 25% on 24th April 2020
• 4th instalment 20% on the 10th July 2020

Stationery Pack Collection Day

Stationery packs for each student will be available for collection from the Library on 11th December, between the hours of 7.30am - 6.00pm. Please mark this date in your diary and ensure arrangements are made to collect the stationery on this day.

To avoid queuing at the office, we encourage all families to have completed the School Charges Course Confimation in Compass and made payment prior to this day. 

PSW Uniform Shop 

Our uniform supplier PSW, has moved to a new location. They will reopen at the new location at 1 Age Street, Cheltenham on November 6th. If you have any questions please contact them on 9768 0332.
