WOW! Thank you everyone for making the Scholastic Book fair our most successful one to date. With a goal of $6,500, we ended up reaching $7,364 which is amazing.

This gives Kingswood a profit of $1,006 plus $700 in Scholastic rewards that will be put towards much needed books and resources, for the library and classrooms.

I would like to say a special thank you to all our wonderful parent helpers, for their time and assistance, and to the community for their support. We would never have achieved such a wonderful result without you.

Now that the library is back to normal, it is great to have the grades coming in to borrow and read. This week all students have been reminded about any overdue books they may have, that need to be returned. Please assist them in locating these books and returning them to the library, as overdue notices will be sent home next week.

Once again a brilliant selection of new books have been added to the library collection. Look for the “NEW BOOK” signs tagging them.
