CSEF - Important Changes

IF YOU ARE A HOLDER OF A HEALTH CARE/CONCESSION CARD, PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION. 

New changes to the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) will apply for the rest of 2020 to provide more support to families in need.As many families are now facing financial difficulty and camps are being delayed, CSEF can now be used for 2020 voluntary school charges, books and stationery costs.Exclusions will still apply for school uniforms, outside hours school care, music lessons, formals/graduations and compulsory school fees. CSEF eligibility date extended In addition, CSEF eligibility for Term 2 has been extended so that families who received a Health Care/Concession Card or are temporary foster parents after the 14th April and before the 5th of October plus families who missed the first cut off date can now apply for a 2020 CSEF payment of $112.50, which is 50% of the annual $225 payment. The CSEF system will open again for new 2020 applications from Monday 5th October, with the submission date extended to Friday 27th November.  2021 applications will open sometime in Term 4.

2020 Fees

Please be advised that 2020 School fees payments are now due to be finalised. 

We make every effort to keep the number of items and costs to a minimum, whilst endeavouring to offer a rich and diverse curriculum.

Camps and Excursions. At this stage, camps and excursions have been suspended due to COVID19. We are endeavouring to run as many activities as possible by replacing some of the off –site activities with on-site and on-line activities and rescheduling others to Term 4.  We have unfortunately had to cancel some of the activities completely and a credit has been applied to your account to offset these costs.

If you have an outstanding amount on your account, please either settle this account via the Bpay details listed on your statement or contact the office via email AccountsReceivable@mornsc.vic.edu.au to discuss.  If you are having any financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your payment options.

The school fees for 2021 will be released by Course Confirmation during Term 4 and we would appreciate that all outstanding fees are settled prior to this.
