Canteen

Hi everyone

What a great day we had at the Athletics Carnival. It was so lovely to see the kids waiting patiently to buy a treat from the Pop-up Canteen. It was busy!! Thanks to Julie Quirk, Jacinta Parolo and Clare Rajpal as well as Kate Warner and the many other parents and staff who jumped in or offered to help.

Easter Morning Tea

Preparations are underway for next Tuesday’s Easter Morning Tea. I would like to thank in advance the following parents who have offered to help: Katie, Kym, Beth, Nikita and Lauren. I hope the kids enjoy their special treats!

My School Connect and Cancer Council study

Rolling Hills has been asked to take part in a study beginning next term, being run by Cancer Council. As a gesture of thanks, MSC will waive all fees to families for the remainder of the year!

"From the start of Term 2, RHPS will be participating in a school lunch order research study being run by Cancer Council Victoria with support from our online canteen provider, My School Connect.

Rolling Hills' participation will simply involve parents and students using the My School Connect online system to order school lunches. All information being collected by My School Connect and supplied to the researchers will be anonymous so that no parent or student can be personally identified.

In recognition of the school's assistance with this research, all families will get free access to the My School Connect online system until the end of 2022."

Last day of Term 1

Canteen will only be open for recess orders only on Friday 8th April, due to students early finishing time.

Two final reminders:

  • From Term 2 Canteen’s days will be changing to Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • The window will be open for cash sales again!

Happy holidays!
