Smile Squad - Dental Van
The Smile Squad (via Bellarine Community Health) is visiting Barwon Heads Primary School next term, providing free dental check-ups for students!
The Smile Squad is fully funded by the government, meaning there are no out of pocket costs!
All you need to do is scan the QR code (in the below document) and follow the prompts to give consent for your child / children to have their free dental check-up.
Consent to be submitted by Friday 23rd June.
