Grade 2

This term, the Grade 2 students would like to celebrate excellent work they have done during Writing. They have been focussed on writing an Information Report about a favourite animal. First, they explored ideas about the animal and it's habitat in their Writer's Notebook. Next, they began to research and record information about the animal in subheadings. Finally, some of the students published their piece in a format of their choice. Next term, when all the pieces are published, the Grade 2 cohort plan to have a celebration day to share all their hard work!
