GCAG have it "in the bag"

In 2022, the Girton Community Action Group collected donations for #ItsInTheBag, which is Share the Dignity’s annual event where items are collected to put together bags filled with essential items, to donate to someone in need.  

2022 was another challenging year, with flooding impacting much of our region and large sections of New South Wales and Queensland, resulting in an increased need for items.

GCAG would like to thank everyone who contributed by donating over the last few weeks. Once again the Girton Community came together to help those in need and a car bootload of bags filled with essential items (plus some luxuries) was donated.
