Thank You – Community Cup Golf Day
What an incredible day our Annual Community Cup Golf Day was! We have been overwhelmed by the amazing turnout and support from our school community. It was wonderful to see families, children, golfers and community members come together for such a positive and enjoyable event.
The day was filled with a fantastic atmosphere, great community spirit and plenty of fun. The feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive, and it was clear that everyone enjoyed being part of this special occasion.
A huge thank you goes to our Parents and Friends Committee for their support and hard work in bringing this event to life. In particular, we would like to acknowledge Sarah Cunningham for her tireless efforts in coordinating the event. Organising a large-scale fundraiser for the first time is no small task, and while many people generously supported throughout the day, Sarah’s dedication and commitment behind the scenes were extraordinary. We are incredibly grateful for all that she has done.
We are still calculating the final fundraising total, but we are thrilled to share that it has already exceeded our expectations. Funds raised from the day will go towards purchasing new musical instruments for our students, providing opportunities that will benefit our children for years to come.
Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated and supported our Community Cup Golf Day. It truly showcased the strength and generosity of our wonderful school community.
A full list of people we would like to acknowledge and thank is currently being compiled. As you can imagine with an event of this size, it is a long list and also includes our major and minor sponsors which we could not have done it without.
Term 3 Main Event- Colour Run
The PnF committee is now seeking someone to take the lead with the coordination of the Colour Run event which is an eagerly anticipated event each year.
Coordination of the colour run is a far less arduous and is mainly on the day ensuring the event is set up and coordinated. Much of the planning and preparation has already been done as our previous Colour Run event was postponed last year and the portal is coordinated and run by Jess in the office.
If you are interested in taking this on, please get in touch with Sarah Cunningham for further details.
