A huge congratulations to Taya Argus in Year 9 who was selected to represent Victoria at the Australian Gymnastics Championships for Aerobics in the Gold Coast. Taya competed in the Level 8 qualifications and has moved through to the finals. Taya earned a BRONZE, coming 3rd in Australia. What an achievement, and an absolutely incredible routine. 

Also a massive success for ex MGC athletes Year 11 Shuzhong Wu placing 2nd in Level 8 and to coaches Amy Morrison coming 1st in Level 8 (MGC students cleanly sweep the Level 8 podium) and Evelyn Gammon taking 1st in Level 9. 

This is a massive achievement for our program and school, all of our hard work, efforts and dedication has paid off.
