VHAP Mission to Mars
Last term, the VHAP students rocketed their way to Swinburne University. Through a program created by “KIOSC” (Knox Innovation Opportunity and Sustainability Centre), the VHAP crew went on a Mission to Mars. The lucky explorers considered what it might be like to live and work on Mars. They discovered what it would be like to step onto the dry, rocky and freezing cold planet with the help of virtual reality. The VHAP adventurers also had the opportunity to learn how to fly drones. All that’s left for the excursion participants is to consider how it could even be possible to colonise a planet whose average temperature is -67° in dry ice… Not that far from Melbourne’s temps at the moment! We are all getting our practice in this winter. :) Thank you!!
