🎭📖 Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Musical

From 13–15 August, Lilydale High School was filled with music, laughter and plenty of fun as our talented students took to the stage for Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Musical! 🎶📖✨

After months of rehearsals, preparation and hard work, our incredible cast and crew brought the much-loved story to life at the Leon Bishop Performing Arts Centre, with four fantastic performances across the three-day season.

With catchy songs, hilarious moments, colourful characters and plenty of energy, the production had audiences laughing, singing along and cheering from start to finish. 👏🎶

Behind the scenes, our students also worked tirelessly as part of the crew, band and production team, helping bring the sets, costumes, lighting, sound and all the other elements of the production together.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing cast, crew, band members and staff for their commitment, creativity and teamwork. ❤️ The countless hours of rehearsals, preparation and hard work, including time given up during the school holidays helped make this production such a memorable experience.

We would also like to thank our families and friends for their incredible support, encouragement and enthusiasm throughout the production. Your support, both behind the scenes and in the audience, meant so much to our students. 💐

It was wonderful to see our students shine both on stage and behind the scenes, showcasing their talent, creativity, confidence and teamwork.
