3/4 CAMP: CYC The Island

What an amazing camp we had! The 3/4 students had a spectacular 3 days away at Phillip Island. 

With lots of activities, such as the Giant Swing, Flying Fox, Archery and the Mechanical Climbing Wall, we were busy bees!

Day 1: We arrived and settled into our cabins. We then began our activity rotations. In the evening, after a scrumptious dinner, we hosted Donvale’s Got Talent. There were many amazing acts! Congratulations to the winners! 

1st: William

Runners up: 3/4M, Scout, Eugenie, Colbie, Theresa, Sammy and Marley.

Day 2: Starting the day with a walk to the beach, the children played games and made interesting sand creations. Afterwards, the activity rotations continued. In the evening, we bunked in and watched a movie.

Day 3: We finished off the rotations and headed off. On the way home, we stopped at Amaze ‘N Things, which was a super fun time.

Finally, we arrived back at school, to the hugs of families. 

We would like to extend our thanks to the helpers who attended camp with us; Lisa, Nathan, Joe, Sophie and Sandra. We couldn’t have had such a wonderful time without you.
