Potato Olympics

Two weeks ago, the Grade 5 and 6 students held the first annual Potato Olympics, in and around the senior building! Over the previous few sessions, students had decorated their potatoes, given them a name and a profile, and then they started to test out ideas on what events would work well with their potatoes. Some potatoes, unfortunately, struggled during the testing period of time, and met their untimely demise. :(

Those that lasted through the testing, participated in a number of events, such as Potato Diving, Potato Long Jump, and some Raygun inspired Break Dancing!
