Semester One Reports

Dear Families,

Your child’s school report will be available to families via PAM from Friday 19th June at 4:00pm.

These reports are designed to give you a clear picture of your child’s learning, growth and progress over time. They are also intended to support you in understanding how your child is progressing in relation to the Victorian Curriculum and alongside other students of the same age.

Within the report, you will see progression points, which show where your child is working along a learning pathway. These points help to illustrate the progress your child has made and highlight their ongoing development. Growth may look different across learning areas, and even small shifts can represent important steps forward.

To further support you, we have also shared this guide with families. This document explains how to read and interpret your child’s report in a clear and practical way, so you can feel confident in understanding the information provided.

We warmly invite you to attend our Student, Parent & Teacher conversations on Thursday 25th June after school. These conversations are a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher and discuss their learning in more detail.

  • Bookings can be made via PAM
  • Families who have already participated in a PSG (Program Support Group) meeting have had the opportunity to discuss their child’s progress and do not need to book an additional interview
  • As interview spaces are limited, appointments will be prioritised for families who have not already met through PSGs

We encourage you to take some time to read your child’s report and the supporting guide, and to celebrate the progress they have made.

We look forward to continuing to work together to support your child’s learning and development.

I hope you enjoy the weekend ahead,
