KESOs (Koorie Engagement Support Officers)
KESOs support Koorie children and their families with assistance to make the journey through primary and secondary school as seamless as possible.
KESOs also connect with other relevant (school and regional staff) and external support workers to assist family engagement.
KESOs can assist with:
Individual Education Plan Meetings
Assist with Scholarship/s applications
Suspensions and Expulsions Meetings
Plus a whole range of other Educational needs.

UNIFORM DONATIONS
Our Welfare team would be grateful for any uniform donations. If you have any spare uniforms that are no longer needed, please feel free to drop items into the Admin Office.
CSEF Information
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund helps ensure that no student misses out on the opportunity to join their classmates for important, educational and fun activities. It is part of making Victoria the Education State and the Government's commitment to breaking the link between a student's background and their achievements.
Families must hold a valid means-tested concession card to apply. Eligible students will receive $400 per year to go towards Camps, Excursions and Activities.
If you received CSEF funding last year at Horsham College and your circumstances have not changed we will apply for the 2026 CSEF Funding on your behalf, however it is highly recommended that you contact the Administration Office to confirm that you received the funds in 2025 to ensure you do not miss out.
Parents/Guardians will only need to complete new Application forms if you have:
New student enrolments (Year 7 Student)
Changed family circumstances: such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing at the school

• Contact the Horsham College Administration office to obtain a CSEF application form. Applications close at the end of Term 2 2026.

CASUAL DRESS DAY
The Wizard of Oz - Horsham College
Several of our students and staff are currently involved in the Horsham Arts Council production of The Wizard of Oz.
Students Arky Hopper, Henry Overman, Lola Bales, Ella Bailey, Orlan Hart and Isla Brown have all been busy rehearsing and performing in the production, alongside a member of our staff. Emily has also generously contributed behind the scenes, helping support the production team.
It has been wonderful to see our school community involved in the local arts scene, showcasing their creativity, teamwork and dedication. We congratulate everyone involved and encourage our community to support the cast and crew of this fantastic production.
STAP Application processing -Term 3, 2026
This is to inform you that the application processing for Term 3, 2026 will commence in the week of 26/5/26. Once applications are processed, travel offers will be emailed to families by 2/6/26, where seats are available.
The system will not be available for families, bus operators and schools between 26/5/26 and 2/6/26.
STAP will auto renew all active applications from Term 2 (except traveller applications that have a status of lapsed/cancelled/removed) to submit a new application only if there is a change (new school, new address or new traveller) to check that their details in the portal are up to date before 26/5/26.
Once the form has been processed and families have received a travel offer, families should accept their traavel offer prior to its expiry date specified on their offer. If the offers lapse, STAP will allocate the seat to the next traveller on the waitlist.
