Individual Achievements

Congratulations to Year 10’s Hudson Lindley and the Hampton Life Saving Club U23 team who competed at the IRB Australian Championships in South West Rocks, NSW, over the Term 2 holidays. Hudson won silver in the U23 team event, and Hampton LSC took home best overall club for U23. This follows their recent success winning the U23 IRB State Championships. Great job, Hudson!

Sienna Barkie of Year 12 was asked to represent Victoria as part of the Queensland-based water polo team, the Brisbane Vikings, at the New Zealand Under 18 Division 1 Nationals Tour. During their first week in New Zealand, they trained with two different clubs in Auckland before traveling to Hawke's Bay, where the tournament was held. The team finished 3rd overall in the competition—an outstanding achievement.

State Cross Country

Congratulations to Evie, Jai, Malachi, Parker and Aidan on their fantastic efforts at the SSV State Cross Country Championships on Thursday 24th July. Evie achieved a personal best time, showcasing her dedication and hard work, and the boys’ team secured the win and the title of State Champions in the 16yo team category! Special shoutout to Jai, who impressed everyone by finishing 4th with an incredible 5km time of 16:48. Well done to all of them. Results are below:

Southern Metropolitan Regional Finals

Congratulations to our Year 7 and 8 students who have already played in some SMR finals this term; Year 7 Boys Netball and Junior Girls AFL.

Still to come this term we have the Year 7 Boys Tennis team and Year 8 Girls Soccer team heading to their SMR finals.
