MADAGASAR costumes

2025 School Production - Madagascar

Our School Production of Madagascar is coming up in the first week of September.  See below the costume requirements for your children.

Do you have?

• any scraps of fur - brown, black, beige
• tuelle in beige, yellow or grey
• suit jackets in blue or black that you are donating to Vinnies or do not need any longer
• ribbon or material in bright African colours

If you do, please bring to the office for use in the Production.

F/1/2 Lemurs

Parents to provide long black leggings / tracksuit pants and a long-sleeve light grey shirt (these will have things glued on, so new is not expected). At the end of Production, students can keep this costume or donate it to school.  The school will provide the additional parts of the costume. Please have your costume brought to school in a clearly named bag. These will be kept at school to use for dress rehearsals and will be taken home prior to the production.

3/4 Zoo Guests

Parents to provide plain bright ‘everyday’ clothes - no patterns, brand names, logos, etc. Preferably easily pulled off without zips etc as it is a quick change out of this costume. These will not be damaged / altered and students will “get them back”at the end of Production.  When your costume is ready, please bring it to school in a clearly labelled bag ready for dress rehearsals.

3/4 Foosa

Parents to provide black pants or leggings, black long-sleeve top and black fingerless gloves. (these will have things glued onto them etc,  so new is not expected) At the end of Production, students can keep this costume or donate it to the school. The school will provide the additional parts of the costume. Please have your costume brought to school in a clearly named bag. These will be kept at school to use for dress rehearsals and will be taken home prior to the production.
