Planting Day
On Wednesday, we got to do some planting with the Shire of Yarra Ranges! We planted over 1000 plants to help the waterways. You can see all the white cardboard guards around our plants on the other side of the road when entering and exiting school! It was wonderful to see all the students giving it a go and enjoying themselves! This was an excellent way to foster our learning of Sustainability this Term!

Art with Mr Foley
It was cold, grey and rainy on the long weekend, so we brightened it up with a charcoal drawing art activity. We used real coals from the fire pit, smudging it around to make the day dull, used the side of the coals to mark rain falling, then shaded the shape of a person. Then we cut out an umbrella and boots from glitter paper.
We hope you like our work!
