Renai Comer -Prep C 

Hello Hillsmeade Community, I am so excited for 2026!

I’ve been teaching for over 15 years starting my journey in EAL at Monash Uni. I completed my Masters 5 years ago and this is what brought me to teaching at primary school level. This is my 5th year teaching primary school and my first of many hopefully at Hillsmeade.

I love staying fit, shoe shopping and beach holidays with my 3 girls. I love açai bowls and can't live without my 2 coffees a day. I can't wait to get amongst it all, meet lots of new friends and have a great 2026 with everyone. 

Stacey Prat -Prep B 

Dear Hillsmeade Community, My name is Stacey Prat, and I am excited to be teaching Prep in 2026. I have completed a Bachelor of Primary Education at Deakin University, specialising in Language and Literacy— an area I am passionate about. 

While this is my first year as a classroom teacher, I have spent the past two years working as an Education Support Officer, supporting literacy and maths intervention and students who require additional learning support.

I love all things crafty and creative, enjoy reading, and feel very excited to be starting my first year of teaching alongside the students’ first year of Prep.
