✅ Keep your reliever medication within easy reach

✅ Know your triggers

✅ Stay aware of changing conditions

Adults should update their plan every year, while children should update theirs every six months.

Asthma can become serious quickly if it’s not well managed and having an asthma action plan could make all the difference in an emergency.
