Leader of Year 12 Wellbeing
Mrs Michelle Aurelius
Year 12 have just completed their third Assessment block. The resilience and determination shown during this short but challenging examination period should be commended. As students return to their regular classes, I encourage them to reflect on their achievements and continue striving towards their goals.
It is important that students do not switch off and instead maintain a strong work ethic between now and the end of term. Students will embark on a busy Term 3, which includes their HSC Trials. These exams will take place from Monday, 3 August to Monday, 17 August.
Just before Year 12 commenced their exams, students participated in an excellent Reflection Day facilitated by Chris Doyle. Their enthusiasm and engagement were extremely impressive. I know the students enjoyed themselves and became more connected as a year group.
Students were challenged to step outside their comfort zone and participate in activities involving singing, dancing, group work and presenting in front of their peers. I was incredibly proud of the students who attended and embracing every activity with enthusiasm.
Below are some pictures of the day.
