Conferences

Parent Student Teacher Conferences will take place from 10:00am – 6:00pm, Thursday 20 March, 2025. We are pleased to return to the model where parents/carers have the option to meet their child's teachers onsite/in person or virtually using the Microsoft Teams platform. 

The Conferences provide a great opportunity to meet your child’s teachers and discuss their progress to date. We strongly encourage students to attend with their parents/carers, as we believe there is great value in them being a part of the conversation. There will be no scheduled classes running on this day.

Bookings can be made for Year 11 and 12 students from 4pm, Tuesday 11 March.

Bookings can be made for Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 students from 12 noon, Thursday 13 March.

Bookings will close for all students at 12 noon, Wednesday 19 March.

The Conference booking duration will be 10 minutes. This will allow you to have a 6-7min conversation about your child’s learning and then prepare for the next Conference. If you are unable to make a booking with a teacher, you are welcome to email the teacher via Compass to request feedback on your child’s progress. The teacher will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

Please note there are special arrangements for the following teachers:

Adam Given and Sarah Mangan will be available earlier in the week (online only). Please see there booking sheets for times available.

Emily Pearsell and Jane Creemers will be available only online.
