Maths Comes Alive for Year 7!

Year 7 students were entertained and inspired by an engaging 50-minute Maths Show, filled with intriguing number puzzles, fascinating moments from the history of mathematics, and clever and witty calculations. A particular highlight was the famous bridge problem, which sparked lively discussion, curiosity and plenty of mathematical thinking.

Students thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to see mathematics come to life beyond the usual classroom setting. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm, curiosity and enjoyment of mathematics on display. A big thank you to the staff and students who helped organise this annual event and make it such a memorable experience for our Year 7 students!
