ANZAC DAY

On Wednesday 24th our student leaders lead our school through our ANZAC day commiserative service at school and on Thursday 25th our student leaders also attended the Hume service in Craigburn to represent our school at the laying of the wreath.

The 25th is the anniversary of the day Australian and New Zealand soldiers landed on the beaches of Gallipoli in 1915 as part of the Allies' invasion. We recognise more than 1.5 million men and women who have served Australia in all conflicts, wars and peacekeeping operations. It's also a time to remember some 103,000 Australians who lost their lives while serving.

Thank you to our student leaders and Miss. Jess for your work in honoring our fallen soldiers.
