It has been a big term at Errol St for our junior scientists. We have explored a range of chemistry topics, focusing on understanding physical and chemical change. In the last two weeks we have experimented with adding mentos to different liquids to see what reactions we can get, testing substances pH and making popcorn. Grades 5 and 6 have also been lucky enough to make their own ice cream! Well done to all of the scientists and we cannot wait for another year full of fun experiments and deep learning opportunities.
