Mathematics Overview/Camp/5-6 Timetables    

Mathematics

This term in Mathematics we have been very busy! We have spent a lot of time this term focussing on number and the four operations. Students have revised addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Students spent two weeks on angles where they classified, identified and measured different angles. We also looked at prime and composite numbers, BIDMAS, collected data and made line graphs before finishing the term with revision of the four operations.  

During class activities, students have engaged in explicit instruction, independent activities and partner work.   

5/6 Camp

Year 5/6 Camp is fast approaching and we are very excited! Our Sovereign Hill Camp starts on Monday 21st July 2025 - Wednesday 23rd July.
