Inclusion – Term 2 Wrap-Up

It’s hard to believe that we are already halfway through the year!

As we wrap up another busy and rewarding term, we would like to take a moment to reflect on all that has been achieved within our Inclusion Team.

Throughout the first half of the year, we have had the pleasure of welcoming several new students and staff members to our school community.  It has been wonderful to see new connections form as we continue to foster a culture of belonging, acceptance, and inclusion.

Building trusting and supportive relationships remains at the heart of everything we do, and we are proud of the positive partnerships that have developed across our school.

Term 2 has been full steam ahead with our intervention programs, including Peer Power and Social Skills 1:1.

These programs have provided valuable opportunities for students to strengthen their social connections, develop confidence, and build important communication and relationship skills.

We have been encouraged by the growth and engagement demonstrated by students participating in these programs.

As we look ahead to Semester 2, we are excited about the opportunities and initiatives still to come.

We look forward to continuing to support our students, celebrate their successes, and introduce new programs and experiences that promote inclusion and wellbeing across our school community.

Thank you to our students, families, and staff for your ongoing support. We wish everyone a safe and restful break and look forward to another fantastic term ahead.
