At CPS, we want to ensure student learning opportunities are maximised for our students. To do this, we need to ensure our students are at school as much as possible, when they are not sick.

One way that schools monitor whole school attendance is to track how many students across the school have less than 20 days absent for the year.

At the end of the school year last year, 51% of students at Craigieburn PS had less than 20 days of absence.

We want to improve on this figure this year!

We are almost halfway through the year and our current data says that 64% of our students are on the path to staying above the 20 day mark.

We want to work with all of our families to keep our 2025 line as high as we can, for as long as we can! Please continue to work with us to ensure that your children are at school every day for their learning opportunities.
