Breakfast Club

I'd like to take a moment to thank our Year 6 Breakfast Club Leaders for the amazing job they are doing behind the scenes and on the ground in the running of our Breakfast Club. We are currently holding breakfast Club on a Wednesday morning and have been lucky enough with the weather to keep enjoying the picnic table area. As we are starting to experience colder, wet mornings Breakfast Club will be in our Wilimee-Moorring Center. We generally have a selection of fresh fruit, Cheerios and milk available to everyone! It is with the support of Foodbank for Schools that we can offer this service.

In addition to supporting breakfast at school, we also can support our families with take home packs of general household staples. Please get in touch if this is something your family could benefit from. A reminder that Lancefield Bakery also provides us with a selection of bread/rolls which anyone is welcome to collect from the office area on a Wednesday. Thank you to the Bakery for your support of our community. 

Name Change 

Omnia Community Health brings together the services of Nexus Primary Health and Sunbury & Cobaw Community Health. 

While our name has changed, our commitment to supporting local children, young people and families remains at the centre of our work. One area we are particularly pleased to be strengthening is our Children’s Allied Health and developmental support services. Over the past year, we have expanded our clinical teams and service locations, improving access for children and families across our region. Our multidisciplinary teams support children experiencing developmental, learning or participation challenges, working alongside families and educators to help children thrive at home, in early learning settings and at school. 

Services are available through both NDIS and non-NDIS pathways, with expanded capacity and outreach helping reduce wait times and improve access across our communities. These Services include • Occupational Therapy • Speech Pathology • Dietetics • Physiotherapy • Audiology • Music Therapy
