"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader." —John Quincy Adams
We acknowledge the Wurundjeri elders and their people who looked after the land we live on now.
We play, tell stories, rest, connect, learn together and care for each other’s happiness.
As school leaders, we respect our local history and work together to respect each other.

Congratulations to all our 2026 student leaders. During the year you will see our leaders participate in a range of roles and responsibilities.
They will be supporting students and teachers during special events, undertaking tasks linked specifically to their leadership role.
During Term One, Upwey South students have all been working hard to receive individual house points. House points are given to students for displaying our school values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
Each week our house leaders, visit all learning spaces to collect and collate the whole school house points. Lyrebird feathers are given for each house. The more feathers you have, means the more points your team has. At the end of each term a term cup is awarded and a free dress day is given in the following term. Good luck to everyone who is striving for a whole school reward.

Term One points as of Monday 30th March. We still have three days to earn house point for your house group.
