We have now CLOSED our Qkr! App and Schoolzine App. Parents are now unable to make payments via Qkr! and are no longer able to report absences in Schoolzine.
Reminder, our preferred payment methods are: QParents, BPOINT, CentrePay Deduction, Direct Debit Bank Transfer, EFTPOS (Credit/Debit Card).
Fees and Subject Levies are not just for access to digital textbooks, the scheme also covers photocopied handouts, computer items, student diary, items for classroom projects, Art, Home Economics and Manual Arts. We ask that 1/3 of fees and levies are paid by Week 2 of Terms 1, 2 and 3 so that all fees and levies are paid in full by Week 2 of Term 3, Friday 25 July.
Payment Options - SRS payments can be made by QParents, BPOINT, Centrepay, Direct Debit Bank Transfer or EFTPOS (Credit/Debit Card).
QPARENTS - Payment may be made through the QParents portal using a credit card. Payment will be directed from the QParents portal to BPOINT where relevant outstanding invoice information may be selected.
BPOINT – Is an online Card Payment method. Pay school invoices, on any Computer or Smart Phone, www.bpoint.com.au/payments/dete. Mastercard or Visa payment accepted. This is a secure payment method. When paying by BPOINT, please use the Customer Reference Number (CRN) and invoice number printed on the invoice received from the school. If unsure of the CRN, please contact the school if you require further information on this process.
CENTREPAY DEDUCTION – Centrepay Deductions are available to pay the SRS fees. Use Centrepay to make regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Centrepay is a voluntary and easy payment option available to Centrelink customers. Go to humanservices.gov.au/centrepay for more information on how to set up your Centrepay deductions. Please contact the office if you require further information on this process.
DIRECT DEBIT TRANSFER to the school’s bank account
BSB: 064 417
Account Number: 1073 3317
Commonwealth Bank Ipswich – Toogoolawah State High School General Account.
(If transferring by bank, please place student’s name as reference).
NOTE: unpaid fees and subject levies remain with each student throughout their schooling years and will exclude them from participation in extra-curricular activities.
If you are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to make the required payments, please contact myself or the Principal to discuss a payment plan.
Exciting news! The first year level to have ALL students registered on QParents will score a Zooper Dooper for every student! So far, our Year 7's and Year 8's are halfway there, tying in first place.
If you need any assistance with registration, identification or accessing your account, our friendly office staff are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for support.
