Interview with Pete Stanbrook Year 5 Teacher

How long have you worked at BNPS?

I've been a teacher at BNPS for 15 Years.

What inspired you to be a teacher?

I wanted a job that made me happy and teaching children does exactly that! 

If you weren't a teacher, what career would have you pursued?

 An actor.

What is your favourite thing to do on weekends?

Walk with the family and a cafe and park.

If you could go on a holiday anywhere in the World, where would you go? 

New York at Christmas

What is something that your students might be surprised to learn about you?

I used to perform in musicals from the ages of 8 until 40.

What recently made you smile?

 Pretty much anything my daughter does and says.

What would you like to say to the students at BNPS?

Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness really are the most important things!
