Valedictory 

The 2025 Wantirna College Year 12 Valedictory, held on Tuesday 25th November at Crown Casino, was a night filled with pride, celebration, and heartfelt reflection. 

Set against the elegant backdrop of Crown’s Palladium, the evening brought together students, families, and staff to honour the culmination of thirteen years of schooling and the remarkable achievements of the graduating class.

The event opened with warm words from the College Principal, who spoke of resilience, adaptability, and the unique strengths this cohort developed during their time at Wantirna College. Her speech highlighted not only academic accomplishments but also the character and camaraderie that defined the Class of 2025. 

In total 173 students graduated and received their VCE Certificate of Completion, with a large number of students also receiving individual subject awards for academic excellence.

We opened the dance floor with our traditional parent/student dance which was a very special moment in time for families. Later, as students gathered on the dance floor for one final celebration together, there was an unmistakable sense of unity and optimism. 

The Wantirna College Valedictory of 2025 was not just a farewell—it was a tribute to a cohort ready to step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
