Grade 4 News

As Term 2 draws to a close, we are proud of the effort, growth and enthusiasm shown by our Grade 4 students.
In Literacy, students have completed a recount exploring the impacts of colonisation in Australia. They have worked hard to develop their understanding of historical events while strengthening their writing skills. We are now nearing the end of our poetry unit, and it has been fantastic to see students' creativity and imagination shine through their work.
In Mathematics, students have engaged in a wide range of learning, including data, addition and subtraction, decimals, length and area, and shape. They have developed their problem-solving skills and mathematical understanding across these topics. Continued practice of times tables over the holiday break would be highly beneficial in supporting future learning.
Thank you to all our Grade 4 students for their hard work throughout the term. We would also like to thank our families for their ongoing support and partnership in their children's learning.
Wishing everyone a safe, restful and enjoyable two-week break. We look forward to another exciting term of learning next term.
