Knights Cricketer

 

Congratulations to Hugh Spring on his selection in the North East Knights Under 16 Boys Cricket team. The only Wangaratta representative in 2025, Hugh is one of 13 players chosen to compete in the Cricket Victoria Manhari Country Cup in Melbourne.

 

A talented all-rounder, Hugh has already made his A Grade debut for City Colts CC at just 15, was Man of the Match in the WDCA Under 16 Grand Final, and has built an impressive sporting record across multiple sports at school. Alongside Ava Penney, he gives our school two Knights representatives in this year’s Country Cup.
