Senior School Report

As we reach the end of the academic year, it is a wonderful time to reflect on the incredible efforts of our Senior School students. It has been a massive year for Greensborough College, and I want to start by congratulating every student in the Senior School on a job well done. 

A special congratulations must go to our Year 12 cohort on achieving a fantastic set of VCE results. Their hard work and dedication have truly paid off. We are thrilled to announce that our Median Study Score has reached 29, a significant increase of 2 points from last year. This growth is a testament to the commitment of our students and the high-quality teaching and support provided by the College. We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2025! 

It was fantastic to see the engagement during our Early Commencement program. The incoming Year 11 and 12 students for 2026 stepped up and took the program seriously, setting a positive tone for the year ahead. 

While it is important to rest and recharge over the break, please remember that completing your holiday homework is essential. Starting Term 1 up to date will ensure you are ready to tackle the curriculum with confidence. 

Beyond the classroom, 2025 was filled with fantastic events that strengthened our school spirit and community. Highlights included: 

• The Study Camp 
• The Year 12 Formal 
• The Year 11 Presentation Ball (Deb) 
• The Year 10 Formal 
• The Snow Camp 

These events provide lifelong memories for our students, and we look forward to running them again next year, alongside many other exciting opportunities. 

A successful year is not possible without strong leadership and guidance. I would like to extend a massive thank you to our 2025 Year Level Leaders for their tireless support of the students:

A big Thank you to Ms Alexander who has worked tirelessly with the 12’s getting them into their pathway of choice for 2026. 

Thank you for everything you have done to support the wellbeing and academic progress of our cohorts.
