Improved School Fee Payment Options for 2026 Introducing - Edstart

We are pleased to announce that St Joseph’s College has partnered with specialist provider Edstart to make managing your school fee payments easier from 2026. This partnership aims to provide you with greater flexibility, convenience, and choice when managing your school fee payments.

What is Edstart Plus?

Edstart Plus is a comprehensive fee management service with a modern technology platform and a dedicated support team for families. It allows you to choose a payment plan that best suits your needs, at no additional cost when paying your St Joseph’s College fees. You can even include additional charges such as bus fees, camps and overseas trips in your plan.

Why are we partnering with Edstart?

We understand that every family’s financial situation is different, and flexibility is important. By partnering with Edstart, we’re making it easier for families to manage school fees in a way that suits their household budget. With more options for how and when payments are made, and access to dedicated support, this change aims to make the process more convenient and stress-free for both families and the College.

What are the benefits?

• Pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, based on your preferred schedule
• Select your preferred payment day
• The ability to spread your school fee payments over the full calendar year, or choose a shorter repayment plan length
• Choose from multiple payment methods, including direct debit, debit/credit card, or BPAY (credit card surcharges apply: Visa/Mastercard: 1%, Amex: 1.35%)
• Adjust your repayments at any time to suit your circumstances

Next Steps

All families wishing to pay their school fees in instalments in 2026 will be required to create an Edstart Plus account before 24 November 2025. All families will receive an email in the coming weeks with a simple link to set up their account. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder.

If you wish to continue paying your fees annually, please continue paying the school directly.
