Faith and Community

Today marks a significant milestone for our Year 12 students as they complete their final day of formal classes at St Joseph’s College. Throughout their journey, the Class of 2025 has embodied the spirit of Strength and Kindliness.
At the beginning of the year, during their Year 12 Retreat, students reflected on how they could be a light for others. From these reflections, we created a Year 12 Creed – a collective statement of faith, values and hope.
As they prepare to step beyond the College gates and into a future filled with possibility, we share their Creed as a celebration of their growth, gratitude and the legacy they leave behind.
As the class of 2025 we believe…
That we are called to lead with compassion, integrity and hospitality, always lifting each other up.
That our gifts and talents are not just for ourselves, but to serve and inspire those around us.
That through friendship and unity, we create a community where everyone belongs and is welcomed with open hearts.
We believe in the strength of our shared journey, in the lessons we have learned, and in the hope we carry forward. We embrace the challenges ahead, knowing that with strength and kindliness, we will rise together.
We commit to having fun, celebrating each moment, and supporting each other through every triumph and challenge.
When we face obstacles, we know that through teamwork and commitment, together, we can overcome anything.
We strive to be lifelong learners, growing through every experience and opportunity.
We will follow in St Brigid’s footsteps, offering kindness and support to one another, ensuring no one is left behind
As we leave St Joseph College, stepping forward into the future of possibilities, we commit to being role models, to living with gratitude, and to making a difference in the world beyond these walls.
We are called to use our gifts and talents. Let us shine.
Together, we move forward with Strength and Kindliness.
We believe. We belong. We matter. We lead. We are the Graduating Class of 2025.
