IDAHOBIT Day

This year’s IDAHOBIT Day (International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia) was a vibrant celebration of inclusion, diversity, and pride at Sandringham College. Students and staff came together to show their support for the LGBTQIA+ community with a range of fun and meaningful activities.

The campus was buzzing with excitement as food trucks served up delicious treats, student performers took to the stage, and face painting added a splash of colour to the day.

The event was not only a celebration but also an opportunity to make a difference — we proudly raised funds for Proud2Play, an organisation that supports LGBTQIA+ young people through sport and community connection.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success, and for continuing to foster a culture of acceptance and respect at our school. 🏳️‍🌈
