Year 8 Basketball Tournament

Year 8 students recently participated in an exciting interschool basketball tournament, showcasing a remarkable display of talent and teamwork. Throughout the games, they demonstrated a variety of essential basketball skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and effective defensive strategies. Each player contributed to their team’s performance, highlighting not only their individual abilities but also their commitment to collaboration and sportsmanship.

Moreover, the students exemplified the core values of Lalor North Secondary School, embodying Imagination, Belief, and Courage both on and off the court. Their dedication to upholding these values was evident as they encouraged each other, celebrated their successes, and graciously accepted outcomes, win or lose. This experience not only allowed them to sharpen their skills but also fostered camaraderie and school spirit among participants.

Our Year 8 students competed in high quality table tennis matches at the Coburg Table Tennis Club and we are so proud of them! Students demonstrated the school values of Imagination, Belief and Courage. Thanks to Mr Danny for organising the event and for Mr Sgambati for joining us.
