Scienceworks & the Planetarium

On the 10th of September the Year 10’s visited the Planetarium and Scienceworks in Spotswood as part of their Space Studies in Science. The Planetarium presentation ‘Starlight’, was  generally agreed by all to be amazing. We examined our planets place in space, massive fusion power in stars, Galaxies, Supernovas, Star Patterns, Constellations and more as we travelled across the universe from the comfort of our backwards inclining seats.

Afterwards we got to try out the many interactive exhibits to test our reflexes, our strength and our creativity. Many exhibits challenged our perceptions.
