Spotlight on Success: Emerson's Incredible Achievements

Congratulations to Emerson L, one of this year’s Beaumaris Secondary College Scholarship recipients, recognised for outstanding sporting achievement in gymnastics and trampolining.

A member of the Gymnastics Australia National Squad since 2022, Emerson has represented Australia internationally, including at the World Age Championships in Bulgaria (2022) and the upcoming 2025 event in Spain. Over the past two years, Emerson has earned multiple medals on the national and world stage — most notably gold at the 2024 Australian National Championships and silver and bronze at the 2025 Nationals.

In addition to being named Gymnastics Australia Junior Athlete of the Year (2024) and a Victorian Institute of Sport Scholarship Holder, Emerson continues to train rigorously while maintaining academic commitment and leadership within the school community.

We congratulate Emerson on this well-deserved recognition and look forward to following his continued success in the sport.
