Intermediate Boys Basketball & Year 9 Sports Enhancement

Intermediate Boys Basketball

Congratulations to our Intermediate Boys Basketball team on a fantastic effort at the SMR Finals last Thursday! The boys showed great spirit, teamwork and determination throughout the day, representing Beaumaris Secondary College with pride. They went down to Berwick by just one point — an unbelievable effort and an absolute nail-biter! Well done on an excellent season and for making it through to this stage.

Year 9 Sports Enhancement

On Friday 24 October, our second group of Year 9 Sports Enhancement students visited P3 Recovery Bayside to learn about hydrotherapy and contrast therapy—two key recovery methods used by athletes to reduce muscle soreness and improve performance. Students had the chance to experience these recovery techniques firsthand and explore how they support the body after exercise. A great mix of fun, learning and practical application!
