Calling All Young Artists!

If your child enjoys drawing, painting or designing, they may like to explore these exciting Victorian art competitions. These optional opportunities allow students to showcase their creativity, challenge themselves artistically and even have their work recognised across the state.

As these are external competitions, families who wish to participate can complete and submit entries directly through the competition websites.

Youth Myki Logo

Students are invited to design a limited-edition Youth myki card, celebrating creativity and what makes Victoria special. Winning designs will be featured on official Youth myki cards, giving young artists the opportunity to see their artwork in the hands of travellers across Victoria.

Prep 2027 Bag Logo

Current Prep students are invited to create an original artwork based on the theme "My Year of Prep." The winning design will appear on the front of the official 2027 Victorian Government Prep Bag, which is provided to every child starting Prep in Victoria next year.
